Dear Clients!

The connection to Real-1 (real1.fxopen.com) server in the MetaTrader 4 terminal has been restored and stabilized. The MT4 server time for Real-1 is now GMT+2.
We do apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Please, make sure you read this message and fully understand the actions that will follow.

Due to the technical reasons of force majeure nature, that caused Real-1 server malfunction, we were unable to restore the database of orders for the 9th and 10th of February 2011.
The Company management has decided:

1. The latest functioning database copy as of February 8th, 2011 will be used.
2. All deposits made on February 9th, 2011 will be added to your account balances.
3. All orders closed on February 9th, 2011 will be closed at the requested price (with the indication of this price) and your account balances will be adjusted accordingly.
4. All claims regarding orders that suffered losses during the Real-1 server downtime should be directed to chiefdealer@fxopen.com or dealer1@fxopen.com with the account number, ticket number of the order, the latest daily statement, MetaTrader 4 client terminal log files, screenshots of your MT4 client terminal etc.
5. All orders and positions placed or opened on February 10th 2011 will be cancelled and deemed non-legitimate.
6. Ignore this message if no losses have been incurred due to Real-1 server malfunction.
7. Order closing time and the time of all adjustments will be defined according to GMT+2.

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused by the Real 1 server malfunction. We would like to assure you that each case will be addressed to individually and resolved in a way that if favorable for the client.

Menurut persyaratan usaha FXOpen,

2.5 Semua posisi (bergantung pada tipe akun) yang open antara 23:59:30 jam server sampai akhir hari trading akan dikenakan rollover. Yang berarti bahwa anda mendapat Swap lebih awal 6 jam dari biasanya pada minggu ini.

Harap dicatat bahwa akun ECN live dan demo tidak terpengaruh oleh perubahan ini. Akun ECN live dan demo tetap menggunakan GMT + 2.

2. Pilih Identifying documents pada Document Type, pilih jenis ID Card Anda
3. Tekan tombol browse untuk memasukkan dokumen KTP/SIM/Paspor
4. Tekan tombol upload untuk mengupload dokumen

1. Buka https://fxind.cabinet.fxopen.com/Settings/Documents.aspx
2. Pilih Proof of address pada Document Type, pilih jenis proof of address Anda
3. Tekan tombol browse untuk memasukkan dokumen Utility Bill (Tagihan air / listrik / telepon / credit card / rekening koran, atau dokumen lain yang beralamat sama dengan pendaftaran Anda)
4. Tekan tombol upload untuk mengupload dokumen

Setelah itu, silahkan konfirmasikan nomor akun Anda dengan mengirimkan SMS ke 0812-5252-88-66 atau 0812-33-8888-66 atau YM sfxcenter@yahoo.com

Untuk reset pin code :
1. Klik link ini https://cabinet.fxopen.com/Actions/ReissuePinCode.aspx
2. Klik tombol REISSUE untuk mendapatkan pin code baru.
3. Selanjutnya cek email dari FXOpen, klik link yang diberikan melalui email tersebut agar pin code baru bisa digunakan.

1. Tutup MT4. Kemudian klik link berikut: https://fxind.cabinet.fxopen.com/Settings/Personal.aspx
2. IP FILTER dikosongkan saja. Klik Ubah.
3. Jalankan MT4 lagi.
4. Untuk cek leverage, bisa jalankan script dari http://www.surabayaforex.com/cekLeverage.mq4 di MT4 Anda.
